When placing the order I wondered why it was so cheap, but it looked good, we needed a white tutu. And the store is around the corner from us. It's definitely 89.99 quality, material isn't great, it feels hard. Ended up buying a tutu from somewhere else. I think this is probably cool for dress up. Needed it for a school play.
