How do I place an order?

Click on the product that you are interested in and add it to your cart. Click on checkout on the cart page and then fill in your details. Select your preferred delivery option and then continue to the payment page. Our store makes use of the Payfast secure checkout and you will be prompted to choose your preferred payment method. 

How long does delivery take?

In order to account for possible delays with the courier company, we say that delivery will be within 1-5 working days. Usually it is next day delivery in Gauteng and 24-48 hours elsewhere. This excludes outlying areas.

Is this item in stock?

All products that are available for purchase on our website are in stock. If you would like to confirm which store has stock of that item, please email the product and size you are looking for to info@kiddiemajigs.co.za.

Can I send my own courier?

Yes, on our website you can select collection at one of our branches as the shipping method. We will let you know when your order is ready for collection and then you can send your courier to collect.

You don't have the size I need, can you get it for me?

Most items we can order for you specifically, please email info@kiddiemajigs.co.za with the item and size as well as the time frame you need it in and we will try and get it for you.
