All our orders are sent by courier to ensure safe and speedy delivery.

Shipping options in South Africa:

• Free Shipping over R750 (2–5 Working Days) - All our items are in stock and ship within 24 hours. Free shipping is delivery in 2–5 working days to Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban, and 5–7 days elsewhere. Regional areas might take longer. Please select express shipping if you need delivery as soon as possible.

• Standard Shipping (2–5 working days) - All our items are in stock and ship within 24 hours of the order. Delivery is usually next working day to Johannesburg and Pretoria on orders placed before 10am, and the following day elsewhere. Please allow the full 2–5 working days in case of situations not within our control. Regional areas might take longer.

• Express Shipping (1–2 working days) - All our items are in stock and ship within 24 hours. Delivery is usually next working day to Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town and Durban on orders placed before 10am, and the following day elsewhere. But please allow the full 1–2 working days in case of situations not within our control. Regional areas might take longer.

• Craighall Branch Click & Collect — Free - Collect your order for free from 345 Jan Smuts Avenue, Craighall Park, Johannesburg. We will give you a call when your order is ready for collection.

Delivery time estimates:

Orders will be dispatched within 24 hrs after funds have cleared in our bank account. If payment is made via Payfast on our website, it will clear immediately.

While we make every effort to deliver your order in the specified time frame, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. In the unlikely event of a delay, Kiddie Ma-Jigs will contact you via email with updated delivery estimates.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are possible provided that:

• You notify us within ten days of delivery that you would like to return the product by emailing to info@kiddiemajigs.co.za
• The product must be in the same condition that you received it in, inside its original, undamaged packaging and unused.
• The cost of return shipping could be payable by the buyer
• Any incorrect, missing or faulty items received must be reported to us by email within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

In-store refunds may be done using the emailed invoice as proof of purchase. The product must meet the same criteria as above.
