About Kiddie Majigs
We're a family-run children's store in Johannesburg, with four shops in Parkview, Craighall Park, Lonehill and Bedfordview, plus an online store that delivers across South Africa.
Dress-up is our speciality, alongside fun and educational toys, ballet and gymnastics wear, and party supplies.
Where it all started
Our story began in one of Parkview's oldest toy stores: a small toy and bicycle shop on Tyrone Avenue.
In 2013 it became Parkview Ballet and Dress Up. Craighall Toys and Parties followed in 2014, then Lonehill, and most recently Bedfordview at Village View. Today all four trade as Kiddie Majigs, and we're still family-run.
Made by us, right here in Joburg
Many of our dress-up costumes are designed and sewn in-house by our own seamstresses, using patterns our family has developed over many years.
That means better fabrics, sturdier stitching and costumes made to survive many dress-up days. And because we make them ourselves, you won't find them anywhere else.
Alongside our own range, we import the best dress-up, dancewear and toys from around the world.
