Exchange Requests

Please use the below form to log a return/exchange request. Once we receive your request, we will book a courier to collect from you at the same address as the original order. Then you will receive an email with a two-page waybill that you must print out and hand to the courier when they collect. Once we receive the package, we will send the exchange. Please note that some additional courier fees may be applicable and will be deducted before an refund is done.
