How do I place an order?
Click on the product that you are interested in and add it to your cart. Click on checkout on the cart page and then fill in your details. Select your preferred delivery option and then continue to the payment page. Our store makes use of the Payfast secure checkout and you will be prompted to choose your preferred payment method.
How long does delivery take?
In order to account for possible delays with the courier company, we say that delivery will be within 1-5 working days. Usually it is next day delivery in Gauteng and 24-48 hours elsewhere. This excludes outlying areas.
Is this item in stock?
All products that are available for purchase on our website are in stock. If you would like to confirm which store has stock of that item, please email the product and size you are looking for to email@example.com.
Can I send my own courier?
Yes, on our website you can select collection at one of our branches as the shipping method. We will let you know when your order is ready for collection and then you can send your courier to collect.
You don't have the size I need, can you get it for me?
Most items we can order for you specifically, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the item and size as well as the time frame you need it in and we will try and get it for you.
Shipping and delivery
All our orders are sent by courier to ensure safe and speedy delivery.
Areas of South Africa outside JHB/PTA: R95.00
Orders will be dispatched within 24 hrs after funds have cleared in our bank account. If payment is made via Payfast on our website, it will clear immediately.
JHB and PTA: 1-3 working days
Areas of South Africa outside JHB/PTA: (2-7 days)
While we make every effort to deliver your order in the specified time frame, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. In the unlikely event of a delay, Kiddie Ma Jigs will contact you via email with updated delivery estimates.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are possible provided that:
- You notify us within ten days of delivery that you would like to return the product by emailing to email@example.com
- The product must be in the same condition that you received it in, inside its original, undamaged packaging and unused.
- The cost of return shipping could be payable by the buyer
- Any incorrect, missing or faulty items received must be reported to us by email within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
In-store refunds may be done using the emailed invoice as proof of purchase. The product must meet the same criteria as above.
